The first one is Tier I and has 20 troops. Ymira and Jeremus have Training 10 and are levels 24 and 25. Your character has Training 5 and is level 42. Notice that the effect of each point increases with the skill value. Well, first the most important thing: at high character levels, with high values of Training, and large troop stacks, Training is amazingly powerful.Īlso, Training fully stacks, so it is worth to maximize Training for every character's Intelligence. = For more detail, here is a cut&paste: =ġ) Training has only an effect when the skill belongs to the player or to a companion.Ģ) Training only works if the trainer is higher level than the trainee.ģ) For training to work, both the trainer and trainee have to be conscious at the time of training.Ĥ) The experience gained depends on the trainer's skill value.ĥ) The experience gained by each trainee does not depend on the level difference with the trainer.Ħ) Training from different sources fully stacks.ħ) Training experience is gained once for every single conscious soldier in a troop stack.Ĩ) The total experience from training is applied to the whole troop stack, not a bit to each troop.ĩ) If the stack experience is more than needed for a single upgrade, the remainder is reapplied.ġ0) If all troops in a stack are ready to upgrade or max level, the experience is wasted. Note that the testing that went into the post below is available somewhere on the Talesworld forums, but because I do not repost the data, I can't find it quickly. Here is something I post from time to time. I have personally tested that, and other things related to Training. No matter how Esce did his testing, he is absolutely right. The easiest way to test it is by recording the training experience one night, then, without performing any leveling, add a few +2 Training troops, and record the experience, again.
